I feel like a eat super healthy. I just don't get enough excercise. It's hard to stick to something. My doctor diagnosed me with hypothyrodism recently and has given me medication. I haven't been able to lose weight no matter what I do. So hopefully my thyroid will get under control and I will be able to lose some weight!!
