I am starting "9th Law Diet" today. It is a lot like Atkins, South Beach, it is low carbohydrates. Good fat, good carbohydrates. I will weigh myself again in 7 days. My weight now is 159.5. This diet also seems to work on confidence, stress and other mind issues.
