I did well today in terms of caloric intake, but my macros were terrible.

According to my lean body mass, I should be consuming 93g of protein
125lb * 75% lean body mass

I need to lower my carb intake. George thinks I should aim for 100g of carbs (good level to maintain high enough blood sugar while limiting carbs)
