Last night I weighed myself basically because its in front of the fridge, and came in at 269. This was already a 2lb loss. So I only count the weigh in's on Monday morning, but when the scale said 266 I was like whoa, I have to share this! This is like a double whammy I am in 4 challenges, that are having a huge impact in my opinion. I have had maybe 48oz of soda in the past 2 weeks. Since the challenge started I haven't had any, which is more than what I can say for the diet. I had a moment of weakness over last weekend in which I went to the cheesecake factory and had shepard's pie, and the 6 carb cheesecake. It actually took me two days to eat it.
