This is depressing! I have gained almost ten pounds since August! Blame it on the boyfriend (now ex) and the holidays, but it's certainly been a lack of exercise, an excess of alcohol, and a whole lot of comfort eating.
My goals right now are: Get down 7 lbs in January, 5 in Feb, and 5 in March. That way by spring time, I'll be down to summer weight and then some!
