I RESISTED!! So today was a little better, cravings are bad, but I resisted. I was very proud of myself. Sweets are a huge weakness for me. My best friend and assistant at work got her dream job. I stopped on the way to work and got a dozen donuts to celebrate. There were deliciously looking donuts there (*drool) but I RESISTED and got plain cake donuts for me and iced and sugared for others. Yes, I still had donuts, but they weren't iced and loaded with sugar or filled with cream (my favorites)! I was proud of myself for this one teeny-tiny step. I made up for having donuts by having a healthy salad from Subway. Problem is...my calories are way low today. I don't need my metabolism to slow down. 49 days until my dress fitting! I can do this!!
