I can never seem to stick with it no matter how determined I am in the beginning. I HAVE to lose 15 lbs by March 1 as that is when my first dress fitting is. That means I have to lose 2 lbs per week until then. I have joined a challenge and am trying to use several different things to help me stay in shape. I have a personal coach that I talk to once a month and track my progress on her website as well as this one. I want to lose weight, but I am realizing that I am an inherently lazy and weak person. I want to get stuff done, but I would rather just sit on the couch and watch TV. I am feeling pretty pathetic right now. Not a great way to try and start yet another go at losing weight. I am just sick and tired of trying and failing. But I can't fail this time...my wedding depends on it. I am going to work hard at it this time. I want to do well in the challenge. Let's do this.
