Well I recently got a membership at Anytime Fitness and have been going just about everyday for the last week. I can't believe how good it feels to work out. This is the first time in my life I have really committed myself to an exercise plan (other than go out and walk/jog on my lunch hour). I am looking forward to a fast weight loss start (hopefully) with Phase 1!!
