I was so apprehensive about weighing this morning...havent been logging my meals for about a week. Down another pound! I think that logging my meals makes me obsessive about thinking about what else I can eat on any given day because I'm constantly looking back at what I've had and thinking about what I shouldn't eat. Now I just eat and try to be mindful of what and watch my portion size and no eating after 8pm for the last 4-5- days, if I do I will have a piece of fruit or some nuts. I am very pleased with myself. Almost out of the 180's!!
181.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week

thats good,well my measurements are down,but my scale says nothing to prove it,but then i do lift weights and trainer said i have less fat ,more muscle,so i guess i dont mind looking thinner but weighing the same or more.have to work more on my belly!! thank god i have firm arms, got something going for me. :) im on lose it now. Good Job Kim!!!

wanting out of the 180's too! fighting the boredom eating/ snowed in thing! Today was a good day.. went for another COLD walk :) At least it was pretty!
