So last night was a total bust. Sardines and crackers, followed by cheese and crackers. I get hungry. My medications contribute to that a lot. Another problem I think I am having is that there are foods that I like and I do not get to eat them. Instead, my food is all in a NutriSystem box. Some of the stuff I like, some I do NOT. I want to eat the foods I like to eat. I like food - the taste of it. I want to eat normal food, the food I like. Smaller portions I can do, but food I do not like, I cannot.

Well Skeeter, you can eat what you want, or you can weigh what you want, lol! I love that quote. If you are unhappy with the plan you are currently on, then find one which allows you to eat the foods you enjoy, but with proper portions to help you lose. Protein helps curb hunger, so have some emergency snacks that you can grab when hunger strikes. Greek yogurt, cheese sticks, veggies and hummus, etc. It's not worth all the money you have to pay to eat food you don't enjoy and it's not sustainable for the long haul.

Thanks. I agree. I am trying to put together some food choices that are healthy, tasty, and that I can manage the portion sizes of easily. I appreciate the support! :)
