Yesterday was a good day, as far as keeping up with my diet. I worked out a bit with Just Dance, danced 7 songs, high intensity, and then did a few squats and jumps. I also went to work at my waitressing job and worked 10 hours, so that counted as a workout! I ate well enough and counted everything, and slept well. Paid off this morning, I lost a couple pounds!
