Didn't gain and did lose. Haven't been eating hardly anything. Can anyone tell me why I didn't lose.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

if you are not eating alot, that can cause you to not loose weight. If your body thinks its not going to get any food, it will hold onto what it gets and can have a negative effect on your weight loss. How many calories are you eating a day? Points?

My first question to you would be are tracking all your food? I didn't see any entries. You have to EAT in order to lose weight. I am still eating a lot of food, but I changed the choices I make to lean meats, whole grains, lots of fruit and vegetables and lowered the fats and sugar. In my mind I like to think I am eating myself thin instead of fat. Good Luck! Don't get discouraged.
