Back on Track! After not being able to do as I wanted to for about 3 years, I can now say I'm back in full control of my health and will be really happy to get my old self back. If anyone reads this, Have an incredible Friday!
260.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 95.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
