been real busy with work so not had chance to note anything down in the journal this past week
really need to get myself to the gym - best time for me to hit the gym is morning - but have not been getting good sleep so being waking late and then not having the time to get a workout...
just gonna have to bite the bullet and get it done and into a routine
still found time to log my caloric intake though! :)
