I lost 3.5 lbs! Losing weight again after gaining from the holidays. It’s hard to lose weight for me during the winter time because I am not as active. I do watch and participate in dance/aerobic dvds though along with housework which I need to do daily and more of. My goal is to lose a lot of weight before the end of May. I was hoping to reach my overall goal at the end of April but I think it is not realistic. Well, I hope everyone is doing well and having success in their 2021 goals/resolutions. I know I messed up on some of my New Years resolutions this year but when I do, I take a break that day and start fresh again the next day. Have a great day! 😊
172.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
