The Wii Fit plus thingy is kicking my ass and I love it! The cardio is so good, the aerobic exercises are fun and I'm dripping in sweat after 45mins-60mins. Its just adding to my motivation! Plus its helping with my endless battle with water, I drank almost a litre of water during one 45min session.

Although I must admit I am doing pretty good with my water intake, went from ZEROmls of water per day to 1L, sometimes 1.5L in the space of a week! I used to hate water now I cant get enough, its just that bloated feeling I hate when you're really trying to get all your water in for the day.
