Can't seem to get motivated to exercise.... I have been doing at least 3 sets of 20 lunges for the past few days and I can really feel it in my legs - ouch! But pain is a good sign, right? Been boxing with the Wii Fit and that is pretty fun and gets my heart pumping :)
