did good only forgot to record my food. i think getting the keto % or i would of lost more i need to write it down if its off even less it seems i lose less. my goal is 10 pounds a week. im doing this as i'm in pain.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
