last night was a bust. went out to eat with some friends at ruby tuesday. I was prepared, looked at the website ahead of time, got the nutrtion info and make good choices... until the waiter asked if we wanted dessert. At home I had made the choice of getting the yogurt but when he asked I got the tiramisu. It only had 500+ calories so i figured I had enough wiggle room... well, blah, I didn't realize how much carbs were in it. Oh, well. it was a choice I made, but it was ok, cause I will just move on it, can't dwell on the past.
I also didn't go to the gym yesterday. I think I had too much coffee, my heart was racing, felt like it was beating out of my chest. Note to self *no more than 2 cups of coffee per day.* since my heart felt that way I didn't want to exercise and get it beating too fast and have a heart attack of something, so I didn't go.
I feel MUCH BETTER today, I plan on going after work this afternoon.
