The exercise has been working! I haven't changed a whole lot in my diet yet. I am getting stronger and less worn out at the gym already and it's only been a few pounds down. My hips feel smaller and more toned. My arms, my biggest trouble spot, still look pretty big but I know there is a lot of weight in there... but I feel muscle building in there too. You might think that there is no way I could feel any different in two weeks - but I think that when you are as inactive and untoned as I was (am?) you can definitely feel any difference. I love it!
222.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 62.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
