I don't normally take pictures of my food, but just really liked the colors and flavors of this so wanted to save it for future reference:) It is a lot of different vegetables like aubergine, carrot, onion, red and yellow bell peppers, green cabbage and squash, with protein from the pasta made from chick peas. Fried in a little bit of toasted sesame oil and gyros spice mix and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
