Well, I got the 5 miles in today. And the rain held off for the whole time, which was unexpected and very nice. I also did a bunch of calisthenics, mostly upper body today, because the PT gets lots of lower body muscles activated. And stretched.

For our medical insurance we are required to do 10 weeks of monitoring healthy lifestyle changes. It's a pretty good program, and definitely motivating. So I get to do it here, where there are other people, and at another site. Good thing I spend lots of time on the computer.

I am so excited to be heading up to the mountain snow tomorrow. Way to early, but that's typical. I will be soooo pooped by the time I get the van parked and into my own vehicle to go home. I made chili tonight so dinner is covered already...and tasty too!
