oooh what a fun day! I love the way working so hard feels...xc skiing is hard work. It was great to feel, and to see on the other's, the perma-grin that comes when the endorphines are going good! So I skied for about 3 hours, and I think one burns about 600 kcal per hour xc skiing. I have definitely burned off more than I've eaten, even after I eat chili for dinner a bit later. And I get to do this once a week for three months...WOOT!!!
