Sweet potato wedges with laughing cow cheese on them and chicken boobs. Turned out to be a great combo. I started heating my plates up most of the time during our global house arrest. Is that weird? Am I the only one? Obviously, I don't do it for the ice cream because, it's ice cream.

My mother had what looks like an oven, Katsolo, but it was for warming plates, so I rarely yet sometimes will do that. Most restaurants do that, if you want hot food that’s the way to go. I love your sweet potato’s I may try that. Healthy and looks delicious! Have a great Sunday! ☀️
