Short term goal, just 5 days of no added sugar in diet. Will try and minimise white bread, pasta and rice also. Would like to lose 2.8-3.8 lb in 5 days if possible! Walk everyday for 30-40mins. Lift weights twice a week on Tues and Thurs. Just do this for five days and see if there are results.
