Been so busy at work that I am exhausted. I still have worked out after coming home from work but not as tough as the workout should be. My weighin is in a couple of days. I'm excited to find out if I've lost weight but terribly upset if I don't. I have been eating the right foods but have only been able to eat 4-5 times a day instead of six. I'm hoping tomorrow things return to normal at work, a co-worker comes back from vacation, and I can get back to my regular routine.
