I can't wait for beautiful NW weather again. The dark, dreary, rainy days make me want to hibernate! I've been sticking to my Low Carb plan but having a hard time drinking as much water as I'm supposed to. I have to really work at it. I drink a good decaf tea and I have a sparkling water I like. Plus I have insulated containers with ice water. I don't drink soda or anything so I should be able to do this. Why is it so hard?

Ugh, cause this rain is blah, and the cold is blah, and the sky is blah, and we haven’t seen the sun for weeks, and water tastes blah. So all our senses are like “can we get a little something more than Blah!?! Please?!?” 🤷‍♀️

I live in desert and in summer I did an excess of water but I too have trouble in winter. I make myself drink a full bottle after workouts but then at night I'll realize that's all I've had. I also drink hot tea but not enough. Don't know the answer..
