More progress. Frankly, I'm shocked it worked that well because of a party I went to. But overall, I followed the diet well and made steady progress towards my goal.

It was still very hard and I was at times very hungry, but I haven't lost determination yet. And knowing it works renews my determination.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1346 kcal Fat: 36.10g | Prot: 36.22g | Carb: 212.32g.   Breakfast: land o lakes light spreadable butter, 100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bagel, tomato. Lunch: Roasted Cauliflower in Lemon-Tahini Sauce, land o lakes light spreadable butter, newman's own lighten up sesame ginger spray dressing, bacos, zatarain's red beans rice. Dinner: beer, land o lakes light spreadable butter, sara lee 45 calorie and delightful wheat bread, Tortellini in Red Pepper Sauce. Snacks/Other: pear, jim beam, pear. more...
