ok its a new year and back on south beach.So its the new year and yes it seems as if i gained a lot per scale lol but I have been working out building muscle so im ok with that a little lol.I feel i have gained belly fat and i hate that the most.. i just want you all to know that i started back on south beach on sun jan 2nd. This time around i feel more hungry and weak. Guess this is the cleansing out all that crap/sugar I ate. I've joined Anytime fitness its close to my house I can go 24 hours a day any day. I do the elliptical and treadmill and stair climber and my weights. OMG the medicine ball wow throwing that up and squatting down now that working them leg muscles.
Ok so good luck to you all we can do this..
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

I always just about die the first three days cutting out the carbs! It really is a withdrawl!

I have no energy I cant believe that carbs and sugar give you that. lol OMG i miss my fruit thats super hard for me
