today was my fasting day i am only trying to go 50% of my diet i will be doing this 1-2 times a week i know my body has enough food no need to over eat fats and meats... I will be eating fruits and veggies and lil snack like peanuts and water lol on these days maybe some protien but like a cup(200 cal) nothing major.
