High in calories today and but still low in carbs... damn that pork and all its goodness!

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 January 2009:
1878 kcal Fat: 105.60g | Prot: 159.56g | Carb: 76.50g.   Breakfast: low fat half and half, egg, green pepper, red peppers, Coffee, Premium Pork Light Sausage. Lunch: Grilled Onions and Mushrooms, Beef Fajita Meat, green peppers, red peppers, Light Ranch Dressing, Lettuce. Dinner: country crock, milk, Simply Steam Green Beans and Almonds (No Sauce), Broiled or Baked Pork Chop. Snacks/Other: Natural Cube Cheese 2% Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cubes, Skippy Natural Super Chunk Peanut Butter, Cheesecake Frozen Treat for One, Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla. more...

Hey, studies show that women who eat pork while dieting retain more lean muscle mass as they lose fat than women who don't eat pork!
