I did get my workout in last night just when I was starting to talk myself out of it. But, when I saw it was kickboxing I just couldn't pass it up. I love kickboxing! This morning was stretching. I felt so good afterwards, but by the time I got to work my legs were stiff and sore again. I'm sore on my inner thigh! My inner thighs never get a workout. For some reason these workout videos are inspiring me, maybe because you don't repeat a video for sometime.
