1. Recording everything I put in my mouth is hard but now I know why I gained weight again. Even when I am trying, I am going over my daily RDA by 5-10% each day! Over the course of a year or even a month that adds up! 2. I am really trying to increase water – and that is very helpful although it’s a good thing my office is close to the bathroom! 3.Started the pushups and am sore as heck but that's a good thing right?
