Today i feel great i slept over 8 hours ( i needed to catch up from sunday and monday) i havent had a beer since monday morning and i have been drinking water and hot tea ... I dont know how to explain it but i feel really good about myself i cant believe i waiting this long to change my eating and drinking habits
