Okay I am starting to get my groove back. Taking off to the gym from work at lunch time to get in a quick 3 to 5 mile bike ride.. (okay it has only been a little over 3 miles, but I only get 30 minutes for lunch... )I will work my way up to 5 miles... until I get a real bike.. then I might just have to start riding to work? So feeling pretty good about myself right about now... LOL
