I forgot to weight in today, so I've left the weight as the same as yesterday. Later on tonight, I'm going to The Keg to eat with Dave and McKenzie for her birthday. thus, today, I'm going to try and work on have a very healthy lunch and then get something very modest at the restaurant.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
