Finally a loss! I have had trouble since the holidays seeing results at the scale. I have seen a change in my clothes but the scale has not really moved since the day after Christmas. I know that numbers aren't everything, but they sure have an effect on us. I need to see success on the scale to stay motivated. I know this is an issue I am going to have to conquer as I go into maintenance, but I'm not there yet.
Today i am going to have lunch at the mall. Today starts Victoria Secrets Semi-Annual Sale. I have a $50 gift card from my Mother-in-law to go bra shopping. I will go shop at VS and then get a Chick-Fil-a salad or sandwich as I head back to work.
Tonight I am doing something new for supper. I found Perch Fillets at Walmart on my most recent shopping trip. I am going to grill perch and shrimp for supper. I will have some beans with mine. Hubby and daughter will have fries. I haven't decided how to season my fish. I will wing it when I get in the kitchen.
