I just finshed The Biggest Loser Cardio Max workout. It was like cardio and strength training all rolled together! Punching with weights??? I had to sit down about 2/3 of the way through, but I kept doing the arm movements, with the weights. I sat for about 5 minutes and then got up and finished the workout. At the end, Bob says "You just finished the level one cardio max!" LEVEL ONE??!!?? I finished level one, and you can mop me off the floor!
As far as eating goes, I'm doing pretty good. I really, really wanted a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast, I even put it in my food diary, all 352 calories worth...but, we are out of whole wheat bread, and there was no way I was going to have it on a hoagie! So, I ended up having a bowl of kix with 2/3 of a banana and 1/2 a cup of 2% milk. It ended up being 241 calories, so that was a better choice.
I was sore when I got up this morning, but I'm glad. I felt like I got a lot accomplished yesterday, and I want to keep that momentum going for today.
Now that I can breathe again, it's time to get in the second half of my workout, the strength training. We'll see how that goes!
