Well... I've gained 8lbs during the xmas/new year week.
Back on the wagon as of yesterday working to beat my addictions.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1903 kcal Fat: 125.92g | Prot: 98.95g | Carb: 60.71g.   Breakfast: bacon, tomatoes, Irish Sausage, Soy Milk, Coffee. Lunch: cashews, cheesestrings, irish sausage. Dinner: ham, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Cucumber (with Peel), Lettuce, cheddar, Low carb Tortilla Wrap. Snacks/Other: Sauvignon Blanc Wine, olives. more...
gaining 1.5 lb a week
