Getting back on track. I'm gonna take this one day at a time and just do my best. No beating myself up. Fell off the "wagon" hard core. Lost pops over the holidays. I miss him so much. I've noticed I've been doing alot of emotional eating. Sometimes even to the point of making myself sick. Thinking that if I write it all down it will help me not do it. Well this is a new day and I'm ready for a better, healthier me. So ferst step get on a schedule. 2 write what I eat down "everything" 3 walk or some sort of exercise. 4 DON'T GIVE UP
