Gabija's Journal, 10 January 2014

My weight is not reducing despite of total less than 1000 kcal and 600 kcal burning in a gym and walking yesterday. The same happened also previous two days despite (though had less physical activities).
Maybe my body is just stressed. Let's hope that my weight will go down soon!

Patience! The scale won't change over night...I know it's hard but keep your hope up, you'll lose the extra pounds in time :) And stay motivated :) Wish you all the best!

Body adjusts itself to a similar diet and does not reduce it quickly. Change the patterns. Shuffle the diets regularly to surprise your body everytime. You may quickly see results. I see you are doing a lot of exercise .. thats good.. ITs just a matter of time ...You will see the results both in weights and measurements :-)
