Doing the purple plan on WW. I've been tracking everyday which helps put would like to start preplannng and list the meals I'll have for the whole day. Think this might help me keep on track.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

I agree that listing everything helps. It looks like you are close to goal

Thank you for the comment. 160 is my goal for now but think 155 will be where I should be at. Never thought I'd be in the 160's range ever but grateful I'm here.
