Well .. today I started my official journey. Let's see if I can get to my weight before I reach 50 (3 years from now). :-)
I splurged for dinner tonight, but that's because I was taking my wife out to eat. I only ate half of what I ordered, so that was my only saving grace. I came in 'barely' under my consumption, so that was the only good part.
I'm sure it will be better farther down the road (I don't often splurge like that), but we'll see.
