Man it been a long year. I was just getting back down to around 149 then I got news of my first child. After that because of the pregnancy of course my weight jumped and jumped. I was 175 by the day I gave birth to her but from September 12th till now I went from 175 to 137. I'm doing the best I can
Trying to keep up with my baby and go to the gym has been tough but well worth it

congrats! you sound like you are doing great to be mommy and take care of yourself. You are doing great. remember that, every day is not perfect, just keep doing the best you can, ONE DAY AT A TIME.
