Day one. Found website by accident after I had eaten a huge breakfast. Couldn't stop eating. Meant to exercise while Ash was at preschool but cleaned out the wardrobe and house instead. Thought I could exercise after I got her but forgot my gym gear so just went home and spent time with her. Feels bad looking at my deficit. Tomorrow will be different
