We were out of the country for the past week for Christmas holidays, so only access was to buffet food. I did my best, and managed to lose a few pounds because of all the walking we did, but other than that no exercise as I am experiencing a major flare-up of my RA and every single joint in my body is swollen and inflamed. I am trying so hard to lose more weight so that I have less pressure on my joints, but it is tough when you cannot do the exercise part. I would go to the pool again now that I am home, but is is minus 33 degrees celcius right now and I dont want to leave the house. I am thinking maybe I need to save my money and buy a treadmill, they are so expensive though. We will see what today brings.
