Great day today. 5 mile bike ride followed by 5 hours of hard work around the house for exercise. Healthy food day too. Less than 1500 calories of meat and veggies. Still no alcohol.
Gonna be a hard week as I am raveling for business. The road is always harder, but I wont let it beat me!
