first day of yet another diet - lets see how tis one goes
175.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 35.0 lb a week

Rose - welcome aboard! Have you ever done Atkins before? The reason I ask, is because if done with the right approach...you will never have to DIET again! As a matter of fact...you shouldn't look at it as a diet now, but more a major change in your lifestyle. You will be embarking on an entirely new way of eating. Things will be different then ever before...people will tell you to eat healthy fats! (for example) - sounds off, but it's correct... and if you follow through with all of these changes and adapt to your new lifestyle choices...you will be at a happy, healthy goal weight in due time.
