Well....I didn't misbehave TOO much for NYE - after all, I'm alive and kicking at 8:30. But I think I will avoid the scale for another day or two until I atone for the sins.
And there might be something to that asparagus theory? It's supposed to help prevent or cure hangovers, I guess by boosting some enzyme level in the liver that metabolizes alcohol. Well, I was munching on some all night, and while I didn't drink a whole lot, I'm not missing a beat this morning. This is good!
