I started on the 5/2 diet fasting on 2 days 600 calories only every Tuesday & Friday. I'm 71 years old never had constant weight loss or been able to do it easy! On this eat/fast live longer diet I have in 8 weeks lost 2.3 kilos,and this is over Xmas & holidays. I eat oat bran & yogurt for b/fast for evening meal prawns/sardines/ eggs with egg white slice gluten free bread & 1/2 green apple if I'm really hungry. Rest of the days I eat what I want(have noticed a drop in my desire for SUGAR) But wait there is more!!!!
